Hearty and filling, this is a fitting breakfast for the harsh northern regions of Divi. It's also tasty. So that's cool too.

Ingredients
1 1/2 c chopped yukon gold potatoes
1 Tbsp butter
4-6 maple breakfast sausages, cut into pieces
1/2 c chopped kale
1/3 c chopped leeks

4 eggs
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper, to taste
Process
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the potatoes and cook, stirring occasionally. Once the potatoes begin to brown, add the sausage, kale, and leeks. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, and continue cooking until the veggies are soft and the sausage pieces are cooked through.
Set the cooked mixture aside (in a bowl or something... I'm not suggesting you get a whole other pan dirty here). Scramble your eggs however you like. Once the eggs are cooked, remove from the heat and add back in the rest of your hash.
Best served with crusty bread and hot tea!
The Inspiration
Casseus missed the days when he didn’t need to fend off a pixie and a dragon while trying to eat his breakfast. Raza and Mico had, of course, been given their own plates by their hosts, but apparently the food tasted better when stolen from Casseus. Despite their label as “barbarians,” the breakfast was possibly better than he had found within the empire. The steaming hash of potatoes, onions, eggs, hardy vegetables, and sweet sausage was perfect for starting the blustery winter days common to the Barren Lands. That only made him even more opposed to sharing any of it.
